I've seen these and wondered what draconian prof would do such a thing, then I sit in the back row of a class and see 80% of laptops with either MSN or facebook open chatting away.
Titles need to be more punchy: "No exception for socially disabled" would convey the same msg and point more to the regular Western Stereotype. Keep up the good work, we'll get you through this term, but it better be damned good next year!
